Called Before She Knew It

Looking back, it is clear that God had been preparing Delali Afi Quist long before she recognized the assignment.
Born and raised in Ghana, Delali grew up in a home where prayer was not simply taught — it was lived. Her mother, a pastor and prayer warrior with a strong prophetic gift, raised Delali and her three siblings to love God’s Word, seek His presence, and depend on Him in every season. Long before she understood ministry, a foundation of prayer, faith, and obedience was being built into her life.
Delali moved to Canada to begin a new chapter. She built a successful career across various industries as a senior business analyst. Alongside her corporate career, she and her husband co-founded Alpha Beauty Supplies, building the business together for over 15 years before successfully transitioning it into an online and e-commerce business.
She was building a career, raising a family, and pursuing the opportunities God had placed before her. Ministry was never part of the plan.
Yet through every season, God was quietly preparing her.
Prayer & Kingdom Business
One Assignment. Two Expressions.
What began as a personal pursuit of God gradually became a calling to help others know Him for themselves — that calling became On Eagles Wings Ministry.
Prayer
Delali is passionate about helping believers develop a genuine relationship with God through prayer and His Word.
She believes every believer has direct access to the Father through Jesus Christ. While God speaks through pastors, prophets, and spiritual leaders, He also desires every believer to know His voice personally through Scripture and the leading of the Holy Spirit.
The secret place is not reserved for a select few. It is an invitation extended to every believer.
Kingdom Business
God has also given Delali a passion for business and the marketplace. Years of experience in corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, digital marketing, and e-commerce have shown her that business is not separate from the Kingdom.
When surrendered to God, it becomes a vehicle for influence, provision, generosity, and kingdom advancement — she believes God is raising believers who will build businesses with excellence and use their success to serve others and advance the gospel.
Prayer strengthens the believer. Business provides resources for the assignment. Together, they become one expression of God's purpose.
The Prophetic Journey
As Delali’s relationship with God deepened, she began experiencing vivid dreams, visions, and prophetic encounters that she could not easily explain. For years, she carried these experiences quietly before the Lord, seeking wisdom and discernment. At different times, ministers who had never met her independently recognized and confirmed the prophetic calling upon her life.
Rather than pursuing titles or recognition, Delali chose preparation. She completed prophetic training under Prophet Sampson Amoateng of Sampson Amoateng Ministries and was later ordained under his ministry covering. She also received intensive prophetic training under Prophetess Esther Moses of Women on a High Hill Ministry, where she served in prayer and prophetic ministry.
Delali believes the prophetic should always point people back to Jesus and never replace the authority of God’s Word.
The Dream That Changed Everything
One night, Delali received a dream she has never forgotten. She found herself standing before a large crowd. On the stage was a container with an eagle locked inside. The eagle had been created to soar, yet it remained confined.
As Delali stood before the container, she began speaking to the eagle, and somehow, they understood one another. When she brought the dream before the Lord, He told her:
“You are that eagle”
The dream was deeply personal, but it also revealed the heart of the ministry God was calling her to build. Many believers love God but remain confined by fear, disappointment, insecurity, or simply never discovering the richness of a personal relationship with Him. God desires His people to live in freedom, strength, and purpose.
Soon afterward, Isaiah 40:31 came alive in her heart:
“But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles…”

Wait on God. Be renewed by His presence. Soar into the purpose He has prepared for you.
The Heart of This Ministry
Prayer is not an end in itself. The prophetic is not the destination. Business is not the goal. Jesus is.
